DISTANCES Standard & 1500m | 40km | 10km R290.00 solo AquaBike (no run) (minimum age Solo:16yrs / Team:14yrs) R290.00 per team Sprint 750m | 20km | 5kmR230.00 solo (minimum age Solo:16yrs / Team:14yrs)R230.00 per team Super Sprint 400m | 10km | 2.5km R180.00 solo (minimum age Solo:12yrs / Team:12yrs)R180.00 per team License - If an athlete is not a current TSA license holder, a day license of R50/Super Sprint and Sprint will be applicable. Standard Temp Fee will be R120.
